Bank of Georgia's Enterprise Tribe is looking for a Product Owner to lead the development and management of Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) and related platforms. Key Responsibilities:

·       Define Product Strategy and Vision: Develop a strategic roadmap for HRMS in alignment with the bank's business goals and needs.

·       Stakeholder Management: Foster effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure the success of project implementations.

·       Manage the Product Backlog: Prioritize tasks, create development plans, and oversee implementation in accordance with the bank's processes.

·       Manage Projects: Coordinate with squads and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects/key functionalities.

·       Develop Integrated Solutions: Design solutions while considering integration with other systems.

·       Analyze Data and Feedback: Evaluate user needs and make data-driven decisions to optimize systems.

·       Collaborate with Teams: Coordinate with developers, HR teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders.

·       Enhance Technology and Processes: Assess existing systems and propose initiatives for improvement.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Experience in Product Management: Proven experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or a similar role.

·       Familiarity with HR Systems: Experience with HRMS or other HR management platforms is a plus.

·       Knowledge of Agile and Scrum Methodologies: Certification or hands-on experience in an Agile environment is advantageous.

·       Language Proficiency: Fluency in Georgian and English is required.

·       Strong Communication and Teamwork Skills: Ability to foster effective collaboration across diverse teams.
