We are Looking for a Risk Partner in the Operational Risk Management Department of Bank of Georgia.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement risk management strategies for the bank.
Identify and regularly monitor risks.
Develop plans to mitigate strategic and operational risks.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance risk control.
Perform and supervise Operational events loss data collection and validate loss event statistics, perform root cause analysis.
Performing forward-looking assessments of potential risks.
Assess and ensure appropriate risk view incorporated in new products, business processes and outsourcing.
Monitor and oversee the effectiveness of control environment.
Perform quarter risk reporting for business lines.
Conduct follow-ups, implementation monitoring and risk escalation
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in risk management or a related field.
Degree in Economics or Finance.
Knowledge,skills and abilities:
Analyze Credit risks assessment;
Strong negotiation;
High personal standards of honesty and integrity;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Ability to lead teams and projects effectively;
