We are looking for the SME Business Development Manager in the SME Non-banking Business Development Department at Bank of Georgia.

 

What Will the Business Development Manager Do?

  • Conducting market research to understand SME customer needs and trends.

  • Designing and implementing new non-credit banking products (such as accounts, subscriptions, deposits, payments, cash management, insurance, FX solutions, etc.).

  • Conducting comprehensive business process analysis to identify areas for optimization and efficiency improvements.

  • Identifying key trends, diagnosing challenges, and providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations;

  • Developing and implementing methodologies for business process enhancement;

  • Driving the adoption of technological innovations within business processes, ensuring seamless execution, and overseeing implementation;

  • Preparing and delivering high-impact presentations to stakeholders.

 

Mandatory Qualifications:

Education:

Higher education, preferably in Finance, Banking, Economics, or Business Administration.

What Is Important for a Business Development Manager?

At least two years of experience in banking, focusing on business loans or credit risk management;

Proficiency in English.
