We are looking for the SME Business Development Manager in the SME Non-banking Business Development Department at Bank of Georgia.
What Will the Business Development Manager Do?
Conducting market research to understand SME customer needs and trends.
Designing and implementing new non-credit banking products (such as accounts, subscriptions, deposits, payments, cash management, insurance, FX solutions, etc.).
Conducting comprehensive business process analysis to identify areas for optimization and efficiency improvements.
Identifying key trends, diagnosing challenges, and providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations;
Developing and implementing methodologies for business process enhancement;
Driving the adoption of technological innovations within business processes, ensuring seamless execution, and overseeing implementation;
Preparing and delivering high-impact presentations to stakeholders.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Education:
Higher education, preferably in Finance, Banking, Economics, or Business Administration.
What Is Important for a Business Development Manager?
At least two years of experience in banking, focusing on business loans or credit risk management;
Proficiency in English.
