Digital Marketer

Bank of Georgia’s Marketing Department is looking for a Digital Marketer.

A Digital Marketer is someone who, through digital channels, continuously strives to communicate relevant products and services to clients, cares about customer interests, and develops products in line with their needs, working alongside Bank of Georgia’s large team. They create and improve relevant touchpoints and implement digital marketing campaigns.

A Digital Marketer has a variety of exciting tasks:

• Planning, executing, and monitoring the digital communication of the bank and its subsidiary companies;

• Developing tracking systems to measure results, working with relevant teams to constantly report on outcomes;

• Collaborating with various teams and analyzing planned KPIs. Creating targeted, data-driven campaigns.

We believe you will need:

• Several years of experience in digital marketing, preferably experience in a fast-growing company and in the development of digital channels marketing.

  
  

In our view, a successful Digital Marketer will have:

• In-depth knowledge of Google and Facebook digital programs (and not just their advertising programs);

• Planning, executing, and improving result-oriented campaigns;

• Experience in managing large-scale campaigns;

• Strong analytical skills;

• The ability to view everything from a broader perspective;

• The ability to quickly identify opportunities;

• A constant desire to create and take action;

• Experience in expressing initiatives, arguing them, and bringing projects to completion;

• A desire to work in a team full of energy and motivation and be ready to support them.
