We are looking for the Business Development Manager in the SOLO Business Development Unit at Bank of Georgia.

Position Objective

In the field of personalized banking services:

  • Improving service quality and customer satisfaction;

  • Analyzing and enhancing the portfolio, increasing sales;

  • Analyzing and improving products.

What Will the Business Development Manager Do?

  • Analyze international and local best practices to enhance SOLO service quality;

  • Develop strategies and short- and long-term action plans for product improvement;

  • Ensure the implementation and ongoing monitoring of new or existing products;

  • Analyze profitability and determine the potential of new products/projects;

  • Define service channels and establish an action plan to increase customer satisfaction and/or profitability;

  • Plan, manage, and analyze various sales stimulation campaigns;

  • Lead major projects and maintain close communication with relevant teams;

  • Communicate and collaborate with vendors as needed for the product/project.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Education:

  • Higher education, preferably in Finance, Banking, Economics, or Business Administration.

What Is Important for a Business Development Manager?

  • At least 3 years of experience in banking or a related field, specifically in areas such as process management, segment management, or product development.
