We are looking for the Business Development Manager in the SOLO Business Development Unit at Bank of Georgia.
Position Objective
In the field of personalized banking services:
Improving service quality and customer satisfaction;
Analyzing and enhancing the portfolio, increasing sales;
Analyzing and improving products.
What Will the Business Development Manager Do?
Analyze international and local best practices to enhance SOLO service quality;
Develop strategies and short- and long-term action plans for product improvement;
Ensure the implementation and ongoing monitoring of new or existing products;
Analyze profitability and determine the potential of new products/projects;
Define service channels and establish an action plan to increase customer satisfaction and/or profitability;
Plan, manage, and analyze various sales stimulation campaigns;
Lead major projects and maintain close communication with relevant teams;
Communicate and collaborate with vendors as needed for the product/project.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Education:
Higher education, preferably in Finance, Banking, Economics, or Business Administration.
What Is Important for a Business Development Manager?
At least 3 years of experience in banking or a related field, specifically in areas such as process management, segment management, or product development.
