JSC Bank Of Georgia is looking for a dynamic and motivated Junior Trade Finance Sales Officer to join our corporate banking team. The Trade Finance Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling trade finance products and services to corporate clients, fostering strong relationships, and contributing to the growth of our trade finance portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Promote and sell trade finance products including letters of credit (LCs), bank guarantees, documentary collections, and export/import financing solutions.
Identify and approach potential corporate clients to understand their trade finance needs and propose suitable solutions.
Develop and implement strategies to expand the trade finance customer base and achieve sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on trade finance products and market trends.
Product Knowledge and Expertise:
Stay updated on trade finance products, industry regulations, and market developments.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and differentiate our offerings.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with internal stakeholders such as credit analysts, operations teams, and legal advisors to structure and execute trade finance transactions.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Documentation and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all trade finance transactions.
Review and verify trade finance documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
At least 1 years of working experience in the banking industry
Proficiency in two or more foreign languages, preferably languages relevant to international trade regions.

Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients.
Attention to detail and proficiency in handling documentation and compliance matters.
