What You’ll Do

As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will be at the forefront of hiring exceptional managerial talent across all key business divisions, such as Information Technology, Marketing and Digital Banking, Finance, Audit, Risk and Compliance, Investment Banking, Retail and Private Banking. Your role will be a mix of strategy, innovation, and hands-on recruitment, ensuring we attract and retain high-caliber professionals who will drive our success. You will play a critical role in attracting top talents while collaborating with hiring managers and C-level executives to drive strategic hiring decisions.

 

 Your Responsibilities:

·       Partner with department heads and senior leadership to understand hiring needs for managerial roles.

·       Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify top talent.

·       Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle

·       Use data-driven insights to optimize hiring strategies and improve time-to-hire.

·       Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions.

·       Stay ahead of industry trends and recruitment best practices to ensure we remain a talent magnet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Job Posting & Talent Pipeline: Craft compelling job descriptions and ensure a strong presence across job platforms.

  • Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Identify and engage top talents through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.).

  • Interviewing & Assessment: Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.

  • Negotiation & Offer Management: Guide candidates through the offer process, ensuring a smooth hiring experience.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and C-level executives to align recruitment strategies with business goals.

  • Market Insight & Reporting: Provide hiring insights, track key recruitment metrics, and present findings to leadership.

  • Presentation & Talent Strategy: Deliver presentations on hiring trends, recruitment strategies, and employer branding initiatives.


What We’re Looking For

·       Experience: 2+ years in recruitment, preferably in tech (with strong understanding of IT roles and technologies).

·       Strategic Mindset: Ability to drive hiring strategies that align with business goals.

·       Strong Networking Skills: Ability to engage top talent and build long-term relationships.

·       Data-Driven Approach: Experience using analytics and KPIs to improve recruitment efficiency.

·       Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and digital hiring tools.
