SOLO Segment Portfolio Development and Sales Execution Unit Head
We are looking for the Head of the Sales Management Team in the SOLO Sales and Network Development Department at Bank of Georgia.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring sales results, analytics, and reporting;
Supporting sales efforts;
Developing and implementing ways to improve processes;
Managing pricing policies;
Identifying specific characteristics, trends, and behavioral patterns of the premium customer segment to tailor planned sales activities and offers to meet the segment’s needs;
Developing sales campaigns, setting up campaign logic, and adapting it to customer needs;
Presenting results to management and collaborating with business development to create a strategic sales plan;
Participating in strategy planning;
Actively participating in and engaging with the team to achieve set goals;
Employee development: coaching/mentoring, performance evaluation, and identifying necessary training.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in sales, including experience as a credit expert, credit analyst, or in portfolio risk management;
Team management experience.
