The SOLO Segment and Campaign Management Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive growth, retention, and engagement within the SOLO customer segment. This role oversees the design and implementation of personalized campaigns, customer journeys, and value propositions tailored to SOLO clients, ensuring a premium customer experience and maximizing business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the strategic direction of the SOLO customer segment.

  • Design and execute campaigns tailored to SOLO clients, focusing on acquisition, engagement, and loyalty.

  • Work closely with product, digital, CRM, and analytics teams to deliver targeted, data-driven initiatives.

  • Oversee customer segmentation models and ensure accurate targeting across channels.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, reporting key metrics and insights to optimize future initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Product, Digital, CX teams) to align campaign strategies and customer experience standards.

  • Ensure campaigns comply with brand, regulatory, and customer privacy standards.

  • Constantly monitor competitor activities and market trends relevant to premium segments.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related field.

  • Experience: experience in customer experience, or product management—preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

  • Skills:

    • knowledge of customer segmentation and lifecycle

    • Experience managing end-to-end campaigns

    • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
