Main Responsibilities:

• Continuously improving work processes;
• Managing, supporting, and motivating the team, ensuring effective work processes;
• Monitoring and analyzing team performance;
• Analyzing, evaluating, and responding to customer satisfaction and needs;
• Achieving set individual/team qualitative and quantitative goals.

Education: Higher education required.

Work Experience:

• Experience in customer service.
• Team management experience (required).
