JSC "Bank of Georgia" - The Small and Medium Business Development Department is announcing a vacancy for the position of Small and Medium Business Development Manager in the non-credit division.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Creation and development of new products

  • Planning methods to improve business processes

  • Developing and implementing product development and sales strategies

  • Promoting growth in digital sales

  • Developing digital channels

  • Identifying significant trends, spotting issues, and preparing relevant conclusions and recommendations

Qualifications:

Education: Higher education

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product development, project management, or program management

  • At least 1 year of experience working with Agile teams is must

  • Experience working with Click-up or Jira

Knowledge and Skills:

  • knowledge of SQL and PowerBI will be a plus

  • High proficiency in English

  • Experience in data analysis

  • Analytical and logical thinking

  • Advanced knowledge of office software (Excel, PowerPoint)
