JSC “Bank of Georgia” Retail Branch Network Management Department announces a vacancy for the position of Service Center Manager in Rustavi.


Main responsibilities:

  • Offering optimal banking services to existing and potential customers of the service center;

  • Monitoring, implementing planned activities to increase sales, controlling performance;

  • Promoting sales growth, attracting new customers;

  • Controlling service quality (established standards and rules), systematic analysis of quality improvement opportunities;

  • Managing, coordinating, controlling and developing subordinate personnel;

  • Administering banking documentation, monitoring compliance with established procedures/rules.


Work experience:

  • Min. 3 years of experience working in the banking and financial sector.

  • Required knowledge and skills:

  • Management, sales;

  • Banking products, services and procedures;

  • General principles of business activities;

  • Service standards;


Mandatory qualification and skills requirements:

  • Education: Higher degree in economics/finance/banking/business administration/audit.

  • Language skills: fluent Georgian, Russian and English at B2 level;

  • Perfect knowledge of computer office programs;

  • Customer service skills (politeness, willingness to help customers and show attention, correct redirection, correcting errors);

  • Ability to effectively manage subordinate personnel - skills in creating a team work environment and motivating personnel;

  • Effective communication skills: expressing opinions in writing and orally in a reasoned and clear manner;

  • Sales, negotiation skills;

  • Well-developed skills in professional correspondence and reporting;

  • Ability to correctly distribute work tasks and control their implementation;

  • Ability to plan and complete work on time;

  • Initiative, analytical and logical thinking, organization;

  • Attention to detail, teamwork, ability to identify and solve problems in a timely manner, emotional balance.
