Senior Business Analyst and Reporting Manager

Bank of Georgia is looking for Senior Business Analyst and Reporting Manager in the Credit, Operational and Card Systems Management Direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly reports that provide insights into operational performance;

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-wide reports/dashboards and perform calculations to support business decision-making;

• Lead the evaluation and assessment of key indicators in operational processes based on data analyses to identify trends and areas for improvement;

• Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable BI solutions;

• Ensure BI solutions align with business goals and provide actionable insights for users at all levels;

• Work with data engineers and architects to design and optimize data models that support reporting and analytics;

• Develop and maintain best practices, templates, and documentation for self-service reporting;

• Ensure reports and dashboards adhere to data governance policies, including data accuracy, metadata management, and access control;

• Monitor and optimize reporting performance, ensuring fast load times and efficient data processing;

• Work with IT and security teams to enforce data access policies and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations;

• Act as a liaison stakeholders and technical teams to ensure reporting solutions meet business needs;

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of SQL queries, reporting logic, data dictionaries, and user guides;

• Provide training and support for business users adopting new reporting solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a related role;

• Strong background in SQL development, data modeling, and report building;

• Experience supporting enterprise-wide BI reporting and analytics initiatives;

• Advanced SQL skills (PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, or similar) for building and optimizing queries;

• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau;

• Advanced expertise in MS Office, with mastery in Excel;

• Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data pipeline development;

• Knowledge of cloud-based BI platforms is a plus;

• Ability to analyze complex datasets and provide actionable insights;

• Understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data security principles;

• Strong ability to bridge the gap between business users and technical teams;

• Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills.
