Bank of Georgia is looking for a driven and skilled Senior Analyst to join our Strategic Projects Management team in Operational Efficiency department. As a senior member of the team, you will be supporting and leading various strategic initiatives across multiple departments within the Bank’s operational unit. This role combines hands-on project execution with financial analysis, data gathering, and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the execution of large-scale strategic projects across various departments, from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with the Bank’s goals.
Conduct in-depth financial analyses, project valuations, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit assessments to guide decision-making.
Perform data gathering, analysis, and reporting to support project execution, ensuring accuracy and relevance of data used for decision-making.
Contribute to the development of strategic recommendations and approaches, presenting findings to senior management and stakeholders.
Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and documentation for both internal and external audiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and clear communication.
Assist in identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and solving complex project-related challenges.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, supporting their professional development.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to provide informed insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, PMP) preferred.
2-3 years of experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, or strategy roles, preferably within the consulting or financial services sector.
Strong expertise in financial modeling, project valuation, and strategic planning.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience in a Big Four consulting firm or similar environment is a strong plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
