Senior Analyst

Bank of Georgia is looking for a driven and skilled Senior Analyst to join our Strategic Projects Management team in Operational Efficiency department. As a senior member of the team, you will be supporting and leading various strategic initiatives across multiple departments within the Bank’s operational unit. This role combines hands-on project execution with financial analysis, data gathering, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of large-scale strategic projects across various departments, from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with the Bank’s goals.

• Conduct in-depth financial analyses, project valuations, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit assessments to guide decision-making.

• Perform data gathering, analysis, and reporting to support project execution, ensuring accuracy and relevance of data used for decision-making.

• Contribute to the development of strategic recommendations and approaches, presenting findings to senior management and stakeholders.

• Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and documentation for both internal and external audiences.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and clear communication.

• Assist in identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and solving complex project-related challenges.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, supporting their professional development.

• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to provide informed insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, PMP) preferred.

• 2-3 years of experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, or strategy roles, preferably within the consulting or financial services sector.

• Strong expertise in financial modeling, project valuation, and strategic planning.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Experience in a Big Four consulting firm or similar environment is a strong plus.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
