The Corporate Banking Department at Bank of Georgia is looking for a dynamic and strategic Sector Head to lead one of our key business sectors.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive business process optimization and implement strategic initiatives

  • Lead budgeting, planning, and performance monitoring

  • Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team

  • Oversee client portfolio management, retention, and service quality

  • Lead sales efforts across the full spectrum of Bank of Georgia Group products

  • Attract and onboard new corporate clients, coordinating cross-selling activities

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service and sales support

  • Ensure high-quality preparation and presentation of financing projects

  • Conduct market analysis and drive sector-level growth

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Physics, or related field

  • Experience: Strong background in banking, especially in corporate sales or credit, with at least 3 years of team leadership experience

  • Languages: Fluent in Georgian, English, and Russian

  • Skills:

    • Strategic thinking & strong analytical mindset

    • Excellent communication & negotiation skills

    • Advanced proficiency in MS Office

    • Team leadership and talent development

    • Strong client relationship and service orientation
