We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and team-oriented professional to join our Retail Lending tribe as a full-time QA Automation Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing test automation frameworks and developing automated test cases for our web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to continuously deliver innovative products.


What you will do:

  • Organize tasks to maximize productivity and deliver high-quality work on time.

  • Understand product scope, goals, functionality, and user story requirements.

  • Design, develop, and maintain QA automation test scripts for web and mobile software.

  • Support, maintain, and enhance all test case automation-related activities during iterative development.

  • Analyze test results, identify bugs, and approve bug fixes after development.

  • Collaborate with the cross-functional team to design and implement effective test automation strategies.

  • Collaborate with the DevOps team to build and improve CI/CD pipelines for automation purposes.

What you have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in software testing.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • Experience with web and mobile technologies.

  • Experience in API testing (Postman or similar API platforms).

  • Experience with SQL and any type of relational database management system.

  • Experience with the Java programming language.

  • Understanding of CI/CD processes and DevOps practices.

  • Experience with frameworks: Selenium WebDriver, Appium.

  • Experience using tools: GIT, Jenkins, Jira.

  • Understanding of testing methodologies, test automation, and software development principles.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Enjoys learning new technologies and putting them into practice.

  • Communicative, flexible, a team player, quick learner, creative, and analytical thinker.

  • Ability to solve problems and troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.

  • Experience in Core banking product team will be a plus.
