The Project Manager in Retail Department will be responsible for leading and coordinating strategic and operational projects within the retail business area. The role is essential in ensuring successful project delivery, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration aligned with the bank’s strategic objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


Project Management & Delivery:

  • Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

  • Coordinate project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business priorities and strategic goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and ensure smooth project implementation.

  • Support change management initiatives and process improvements across the retail department.

Process Optimization & Innovation:

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

  • Participate in the development and implementation of new initiatives, products, and digital solutions.

  • Monitor market trends and industry best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Performance & Reporting:

  • Define project KPIs and track project performance, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Prepare regular project updates, reports, and presentations for management and stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

  • Experience in project management, banking, or business operations.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluent in Georgian and English (written and spoken).
