Bank of Georgia's Enterprise Tribe is seeking a Product Owner to lead the development and management of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Transaction Monitoring Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
· Define Product Strategy and Vision: Develop a strategic roadmap for AML and Transaction Monitoring Systems in alignment with the bank's compliance objectives and regulatory requirements.
· Stakeholder Management: Foster effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure the success of project implementations.
· Manage the Product Backlog: Prioritize tasks, create development plans, and oversee implementation in accordance with the bank's compliance processes.
· Manage Projects: Coordinate with squads and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects and key functionalities related to AML and transaction monitoring.
· Develop Integrated Solutions: Design solutions that integrate seamlessly with other banking systems to enhance compliance and monitoring capabilities.
· Analyze Data and Feedback: Evaluate system performance, user needs, and regulatory changes to make data-driven decisions for system optimization.
· Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with developers, compliance officers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure system effectiveness.
· Enhance Technology and Processes: Assess existing compliance systems and propose initiatives for improvement to stay ahead of regulatory changes.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in Product Management: Proven experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or similar role, preferably in the compliance or financial crime prevention domain.
· Familiarity with Compliance Systems: Experience with AML, KYC (Know Your Customer), or transaction monitoring platforms is highly desirable.
· Knowledge of Agile and Scrum Methodologies: Certification or hands-on experience in an Agile environment is advantageous.
· Language Proficiency: Fluency in Georgian and English is required.
· Strong Communication and Teamwork Skills: Ability to foster effective collaboration across diverse teams.
