We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Product Owner to join our Communication Channels Squad. This cross-functional team plays a key role in development of outbound communication channels. Team works by agile methodology. You will own the vision, roadmap, and backlog, collaborating closely with stakeholders from marketing, data, IT, and business units to deliver impactful solutions that drive customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and articulate the product vision for the communication channels, ensuring alignment with company and tribe and organizational level goals.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, marketing teams and other units to gather requirements, define KPIs, and validate outcomes.

  • Proactively identifies, prioritizes, and addresses technical, functional, and business-related quality issues

  • Defines and Prioritizes backlog items based on a data driven structured analysis of their expected business value and strategic alignment.

  • Incorporates data-driven insights from customer interactions into product decision-making and actively participates in UI/UX design to enhance user satisfaction and goal achievement.

  • Ensures that user stories and features are clearly defined, properly estimated, and fully prepared for development execution

  • Work closely with developers, solution architects, designers, and QA engineers in the squad to ensure continuous delivery and iteration.

  • Participate and leads scrum ceremonies (e.g., daily meetings, planning, review, retrospectives) and act as the point person for all product-related questions and decisions.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a digital, tech, or data-driven environment.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data, generating actionable insights

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to balance business priorities and technical feasibility.

  • Comfortable with backlog grooming, writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and delivering incrementally.

  • Experience in banking, Communication, fintech, or customer engagement domains is a strong plus.

  • Prior experience or familiarity with Business Analysis is a strong plus.

  • Proficiency in Georgian and English.
