We are looking for a Product Owner – Business Lending Applications & Scoringto join the Business Lending Tribe at JSC Bank of Georgia. In this role, you will drive the development and optimization of business lending products and credit origination processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure efficient and scalable lending solutions for SME and corporate clients.


What you will do:

  • Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for SME & CB lending solutions;

  • Plan and deliver product outcomes aligned with business KPIs and lending growth targets;

  • Analyze customer needs and lending journeys to identify opportunities for product improvement;

  • Work closely with Risk, Data, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver effective lending solutions;

  • Drive automation and digitalization of lending and credit origination processes;

  • Analyze data and lending performance to support data-driven product decisions;

  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and strategic goals;

  • Lead Scrum ceremonies and support Agile product development processes;

  • Ensure alignment with stakeholders across business, risk, and technology teams;

  • Continuously monitor product performance and optimize lending processes.


What you have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role;

  • Experience in lending, banking, fintech, or financial services;

  • Strong understanding of credit processes and lending products (business lending experience is a plus);

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments;

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Ability to translate business needs into product requirements;

  • Experience with data-driven decision-making and product performance metrics;

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;

  • Passion for building customer-focused financial products.
