The Bank of Georgia’s Medium Business Sales Department announces a vacancy for the position of Principal Medium Business Personal Banker in Tbilisi.

The role of Principal Medium Business Personal Banker is responsible for driving portfolio growth by acquiring new business clients and managing their complete banking relationship. This involves overseeing the entire loan lifecycle, from sales and administration to ongoing credit portfolio management.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating the growth of product sales:

  • Identifying and engaging prospective high-potential clients, delivering comprehensive information, and providing expert consultations on banking products and services;

  • Ensuring continuous engagement with existing customers through regular communication and the proactive introduction of new product offerings.

  • Loan management (overseeing all technical and organizational matters pertaining to the processing, administration, and disbursement of business loans);

  • Credit portfolio management (conducting systematic monitoring and implementing effective management strategies for non-performing loans);

  • Resolution of organizational matters (maintaining accurate records, producing structured reports, preparing sales-related documentation and commentary, and ensuring the consistent update of relevant databases);

  • Conducting ongoing and rigorous monitoring of portfolio status and performance.


Mandatory Qualification Requirements:

  • Education: Higher education, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics/Banking or Business Administration;

  • Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Banker, in a Business Relationship role, or a similar position.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of basic financial statements and analysis of financial ratios;

  • Knowledge of English and an additional language;

  • Professional knowledge of office computer programs;

  • Analytical thinking.
