Bank of Georgia is announcing a vacancy for the position of Principal Medium Business Banker in the SME Banking Department.


The role is responsible for acquiring, retaining, and developing relationships with medium-sized business clients by identifying their needs and delivering tailored banking solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new clients and grow existing medium business relationships;

  • Recommend and sell appropriate banking products and services;

  • Manage end-to-end business loan processes;

  • Monitor and manage credit portfolio performance, including overdue loans;

  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and provide financial advice;

  • Maintain reports, records, and client data;

  • Stay updated on market trends and provide process improvement feedback.

Requirements:

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, or Business Administration;

Experience:Minimum 1 year in banking (SME/medium business experience is a plus);

Skills:

  • Knowledge of financial statements and credit risk analysis;

  • Strong sales, communication, and analytical skills;

  • Customer-oriented with good business acumen;

  • Proficiency in MS Office;

  • English required; Russian is an advantage.
