Operations Analyst

Position Overview

We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join the Operations Analysis & Reporting Unit and contribute to building a bank-wide, data-driven view of key operational functions. The role focuses on analyzing operational and transactional activities that shape the Bank's processing efficiency, client experience and risk visibility. This position is ideal for an analytical professional seeking exposure to real banking processes, ownership of high-impact analytics, and the opportunity to directly influence operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the Bank's operational functions, including credit administration, collateral valuation, client onboarding, and cross-border payment processing, applying predictive analytics and workload forecasting to identify process delays and deliver data-driven recommendations

• Support the development and maintenance of real-time visibility dashboards to track KPIs, productivity, SLA compliance, and operational performance at both departmental and individual levels

• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across operational datasets

• Collaborate with the Data Analytics team on the development and integration of machine learning models into operational processes, and engage in initiatives to automate and streamline workflows

• Translate analytical findings into actionable insights and support presentation of results to senior management

• Participate in continuous improvement projects and process optimization initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

• Educational background in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative field

• experience in operational analytics, data processing, BI, or process intelligence

• Strong working knowledge of Excel; knowledge of Power BI and SQL is an advantage

• Understanding of data visualization principles and reporting best practices
