Bank of Georgia’s Information Security Department is looking for a Middle/Senior Access Management and Data Security Analyst.

Job Requirements:

Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with IAM, especially within cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Knowledge of Data Masking methods and tools.
Understanding of Data Discovery and Classification processes.
Familiarity with security frameworks and industry standards.
Experience in setting up and managing role-based access to systems, including defining roles, permissions, and access levels.
Experience with various authentication methods (e.g., SSO, MFA), and familiarity with protocols such as OAuth, SAML, etc...
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
Knowledge of English to understand technical documentation of various tools and be able to research/analyze Data security/Access management related topics.
Experience in using DLP tools to monitor sensitive data across endpoints, cloud environments, email systems, and network traffic is a plus.
Experience in protecting sensitive data in cloud storage and applications (e.g., Office 365, Google Drive), including the integration of cloud-native DLP tools is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

Analysis and management of incidents related to data leakage.
Monitoring access to information systems and data.
Implement and manage robust Data Masking techniques to protect sensitive information.
Knowledge of applying data encryption and masking techniques to protect sensitive data at rest, in transit, and in use.
Design, configure, and maintain IAM solutions across cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
Oversee and streamline Identity and Access Management strategies to ensure compliance and security.
Conduct Data Discovery and Classification to identify, categorize, and safeguard critical data assets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop secure data goverance frameworks.
