Job Summary: Bank of Georgia is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medium Business Support Manager to provide administrative support to our sales teams. In this role, you will facilitate the smooth operation of sales processes, assist with reporting and analysis, and ensure that the sales team has the resources they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Management:

    • Oversee the entry and maintenance of sales data.

    • Generate regular sales reports and analyze performance metrics.

    • Assist in tracking sales forecasts and targets.

    • Assist with presentations

  2. Process Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities for streamlining sales processes and enhance efficiency.

    • Collaborate with sales leadership to implement best practices and standard operating procedures.

  3. Communication:

    • Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, including marketing, finance, and customer service.

    • Facilitate internal communication to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives.

  4. Training and Onboarding:

    • Assist in the onboarding process for new sales team members, including training on tools and processes.

    • Provide ongoing support and training as needed for existing team members.

  5. Administrative Oversight:

    • Assisting with managing departmental budgets and track expenses.

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures within the sales department.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a sales or business environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Requirement of foreign languages: English - mandatory, Russian – preferable

Work Environment: This position typically operates in an office setting with standard office hours. Occasional overtime may be required to meet deadlines.
