Loyalty Program Manager - Student & School Segment


About the Role


Bank of Georgia is seeking a proactive, data-driven, and youth-oriented Loyalty Program Manager to lead the end-to-end development and growth of loyalty experiences for Student and School segment customers.
You will shape how young customers interact with the bank by designing value propositions, engagement mechanics, partner benefits, gamified experiences, and ongoing product improvements tailored specifically to pupils and students.

This role requires strategic thinking, creativity, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work seamlessly across many internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities


1) Youth Loyalty Strategy & Proposition Development

  • Develop a clear loyalty strategy for Student & School products, aligned with Bank of Georgia’s overall loyalty and engagement vision.

  • Design differentiated value propositions, benefits, and reward structures tailored to the lifestyle, daily needs, and behavioral patterns of pupils and students.

  • Identify unmet needs, emerging trends, and gamification opportunities to drive higher activation, continuous usage, and stronger emotional engagement.

2) Loyalty Program Ownership & Optimization

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of loyalty initiatives — ideation, prototyping, launch, scaling, and continuous enhancement.

  • Collaborate with different directions to define metrics, run experiments and maintain performance dashboards.

  • Monitor key performance indicators such as activation, engagement depth, usage uplift, partner benefit utilization, and retention.

3) Partner Ecosystem Building

  • Build, negotiate, and maintain a strong ecosystem of student-relevant merchants and partners (education, entertainment, retail, cafes, sport, tech, lifestyle).

  • Develop exclusive partner benefits, joint campaigns, and co-funded offers that strengthen the overall appeal of youth products.

  • Ensure partner onboarding, technical alignment, and ongoing performance evaluation.

4) Customer Insights & Market Research

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand needs, motivations, and behaviors of youth audiences.

  • Monitor competitive youth products locally and globally to continuously enrich the Student & School segment experience.

  • Identify new opportunities for product enhancement, engagement mechanics, and digital journey improvements.

5) Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with digital product teams, marketing, analytics, UX/UI, CRM, merchant management, and communication teams to execute campaigns and product updates.

  • Ensure loyalty mechanics, benefits, and progress indicators are integrated effectively into the mobile app and customer journeys.

  • Support campaign planning & execution: idea generation → offer design → approvals → launch → monitoring → post-analysis.

Required Qualifications


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Digital Product or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in Loyalty, CRM, Growth/Engagement, Digital Product Management, Youth/Student programs, or Partner Management (preferably).

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of youth behavior, lifecycle patterns, and customer segmentation.

  • Experience with loyalty mechanics, reward logic, engagement funnels, and basic gamification principles.

  • Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making; ability to work with dashboards and performance metrics.

  • Strong negotiation and partner management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Georgian and English.

  • Creativity, trend awareness, and a strong connection with youth culture and digital habits.

  • Project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
