The Bank of Georgia Loyalty Program Management Department is looking for Loyalty Program Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

-      Develop Merchant Partnerships:Actively communicate and build strong relationships with merchants, understanding their business goals and identifying collaboration opportunities within the loyalty program.

-      Campaign & Offer Management:Plan, launch, and manage loyalty campaigns and special offers in cooperation with merchants, ensuring they deliver measurable value for both merchants and clients.

-      Identify & Prioritize Initiatives:Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance the loyalty program, increase customer engagement, and strengthen merchant participation.

-      Cross-Department Collaboration:Work closely with the Marketing team, Corporate Bankers, and other involved departments to ensure smooth campaign implementation and successful execution.

-      Drive Customer & Merchant Satisfaction:Analyze performance data and feedback to continuously improve offers, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term engagement.

-          Innovate and Improve: Continuously seek out new ways to innovate and improve our loyalty offerings to meet evolving customer needs.

 

Qualifications:

-          Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in project/program management, preferably in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry.

-          Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.

-          Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

-          Customer-Centric Mindset: A deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for enhancing the customer experience.
