Bank of Georgia’s Information Security Department is looking for a Junior/Middle Red Team Member.

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Knowledge of Linux and Windows system security;

  • Strong research, analytical, and problem solving skills;

  • Highly motivated, deeply passionate and able to work with little oversight or direction;

  • Willing to learn current and emerging security tools and technologies, industry trends, latest threats, counter measures, and best practices;

  • Familiarity with offensive techniques like: XSS, SQLi, CSRF, etc ;

  • Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework;

  • Knowledge of English to understand technical documentation of various tools and be able to research/analyze security related topics;

  • Familiarity with one or more programing/scripting languages such as bash, python, powershell;

  • Strong communication and report-writing skills;

  • Experience with cloud is a plus;

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Perform white and black box testing of business applications, web applications, networks and systems using a variety of pen testing tools;

  • Perform security related testing, creating test cases, performing manual and automated tests, reporting on problems encountered and documenting test results for follow-up;

  • Develop scripts, tools, or methodologies to enhance BOG's security capabilities;

  • Create report of findings and provide remedial recommendations after testing is complete;

  • Stay up-to-date about current tools, techniques, and vulnerabilities to incorporate into testing practices;
