Junior Loyalty Program Manager


Position Purpose

Bank of Georgia Loyalty Program Management Department is seeking a passionate and creative Junior Loyalty Program Manager to join our team. The role is responsible for leveraging customer data to develop, implement, and maintain loyalty programs that engage customers, drive incremental sales, increase product usage, and deepen brand loyalty. A key focus of this position will be managing offers generated through Ads Manager and developing new offers for partner companies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage new offers through Bank of Georgia's internal Ads Manager platform

  •  Communicate effectively with partner companies regarding loyalty program offers

  • Expand the reach and value of loyalty programs to encourage active participation and drive customer acquisition

  • Develop new program features to deliver against program KPIs and lead successful implementation across all customer touch points

  • Create targeted campaigns that enhance customer loyalty

  • Develop and maintain reporting and analysis to deliver actionable insights on program performance

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Legal, and Marketing to launch and market loyalty program campaigns

  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support strategic projects and initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or student status with major in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field

  • Quick learner with can-do attitude

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities

  • Experience with digital advertising platforms is a plus
