Junior Data Analyst – Retail Banking Analytics


Location: Tbilisi | Type: Full-time


Bank of Georgia offers ambitious data professionals the opportunity to transform raw data into strategic insights that drive business impact.


In this role you'll shape strategy, optimize performance, and guide key decisions across our retail business. Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll contribute to high-impact analysis across our Retail Loans and Deposits portfolio, process optimization, and reporting automation.


What You'll Do:

  • Automate manual reports

  • Build reports in Power BI

  • Process and clean large-scale banking data with Oracle SQL

  • Analyze loan and deposit disbursement processes and key performance metrics

  • Strengthen internal reporting and performance tracking tools for better visibility and action


What We're Looking For:


Technical & Professional Skills

  • Expertise in SQL, MS Office and Power BI; Python (PySpark) is a plus

  • Degree in Economics, Business, IT, or a related field

  • Strong foundation of statistics and data interpretation

  • English fluency (spoken and written)
