Junior Data Analyst

The Bank of Georgia Loyalty Program Management Department is looking for Junior Data Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and analyzing large datasets to extract meaningful insights;

• Collecting, organizing, and interpreting data to address business challenges effectively;

• Generating actionable recommendations based on in-depth data analysis;

• Evaluating the impact and effectiveness of strategic decisions;

• Designing and implementing automated processes to streamline data analytics workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in data processing, data analyst will be considered an advantage.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of database languages such as SQL, PL/SQL, and Python (preferred);

• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI;

• Understanding of data management basics and data storage principles;

• Basic knowledge of statistics;

• Analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Clear and concise writing and effective communication skills in both Georgian and English.
