Junior analyst

Bank of Georgia is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst in Strategic Projects Management unit in Operational Efficiency department. In this role, you will support senior team members in executing strategic projects across various departments within our operational unit at the Bank. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring the successful delivery of projects that align with the Bank's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution and management of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with departmental and organizational goals.

• Support data analysis and clearance efforts, including gathering and validating data from various sources.

• Conduct research to inform project decisions and strategies, providing insights to senior team members.

• Prepare financial analyses, including project valuations and cost-benefit assessments, to aid in decision-making.

• Develop strategic approaches and recommendations based on data analysis and research findings.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including presentations, reports, and status updates for stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project execution.

• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

• Knowledge of financial concepts and methodologies, corporate finance and valuation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a significant advantage.

• Experience in a consulting role or at a Big Four firm is a plus.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

• A proactive and team-oriented attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
