We are looking for the Head of the Sales Management Team in the SOLO Sales and Network Development Department at Bank of Georgia.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring sales results, analytics, and reporting;

  • Supporting sales efforts;

  • Developing and implementing ways to improve processes;

  • Managing pricing policies;

  • Identifying specific characteristics, trends, and behavioral patterns of the premium customer segment to tailor planned sales activities and offers to meet the segment’s needs;

  • Developing sales campaigns, setting up campaign logic, and adapting it to customer needs;

  • Presenting results to management and collaborating with business development to create a strategic sales plan;

  • Participating in strategy planning;

  • Actively participating in and engaging with the team to achieve set goals;

  • Employee development: coaching/mentoring, performance evaluation, and identifying necessary training.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, including experience as a credit expert, credit analyst, or in portfolio risk management;

  • Team management experience.
