Head of Sales Service - Emigrants Banking Services Department

JSC "Bank of Georgia"- Emigrants Banking Services Department announces a vacancy for the position of Head of Sales Service.

Main Functions:

• Managing sales teams

• Creating a healthy environment within teams and motivating them

• Ensuring the development of subordinate employees

• Ensuring team performance effectiveness, achieving overall results with the help of team members

• Defining motivational schemes

• Active involvement in sales/portfolio growth

• Meeting KPIs set by the department with the help of team members

• Active involvement in customer satisfaction and ensuring their loyalty

• Identifying problems arising in the service process, searching for solutions and eliminating them

• Periodic reporting to management on the fulfillment of assigned tasks

• Participation in forming the department's sales strategy

Mandatory Qualification Requirements:

Education: Higher education, preferably in Finance/Banking/Economics/Business Administration.

Languages: English language proficiency is mandatory. Russian language proficiency is desirable.

Work Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail banking, including minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial position is mandatory. Priority will be given to experience in the credit direction.
