The Head of Retail Partnerships & Affiliated Products Department will lead the strategy, development, and management of partnerships with retail affiliated service providers, such as real estate developers, insurance companies, etc. The role is essential in expanding the bank’s value proposition by securing partnerships that enhance retail product offerings, increase customer acquisition, and drive income.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Development:

    • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships.

    • Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements that deliver competitive offerings for Bank of Georgia customers.

    • Identify and onboard new partners aligned with the bank’s retail strategy.

  • Product Strategy & Integration:

    • Collaborate with internal product, legal, and digital teams to integrate new offerings into the bank’s retail product portfolio.

    • Ensure seamless customer experience across partner-enabled services.

  • Offer Optimization & Innovation:

    • Secure best-in-market retail offerings to drive both interest and non-interest income.

    • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to continually refine partner offers.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership:

    • Work closely with marketing, sales, and digital channels to promote partner campaigns and increase uptake of affiliated products.

    • Lead a small team responsible for partner management and product offering development.

  • Performance & Compliance:

    • Set KPIs and track the performance of each partnership in terms of revenue contribution, customer value, and product penetration.

    • Ensure all partnerships comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • experience in banking, or business development.

  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.

  • Fluent in Georgian and English (written and spoken).
