Head of Product Based Loyalty Programs

At Bank of Georgia we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Product-Based Loyalty Programs to lead our dedicated team in developing and enhancing loyalty programs tied to key financial products. In this role, you will define and execute strategies for product-linked loyalty initiatives, including the American Express Membership Rewards Program, Student Card Loyalty Program, and School (Pupil) Card Loyalty Program. You will collaborate with key partner merchants, devise promotional campaigns, and craft strategies to drive card usage through innovative loyalty offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Develop: Manage and inspire a team responsible for the creation and enhancement of product-based loyalty programs, ensuring alignment with company goals.

• Strategy Definition: Develop and implement strategic plans for each loyalty program, identifying key partner merchants and crafting joint promotional campaigns.

• Innovate & Improve: Continuously evaluate and refine loyalty offerings to increase cardholder engagement and satisfaction, driving higher usage rates.

• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, partner merchants, and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of loyalty programs.

• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor program performance through detailed analytics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Leadership: Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team, ensuring everyone is motivated and aligned with the strategic goals.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record in sales, project management, or product development.

• Sales Skills: Demonstrated success in sales, with the ability to create compelling value propositions for both customers and partners.

• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

• Leadership: A well-organized leader who is a team player, capable of driving projects forward while fostering a positive team environment.
