We are looking for a leader who will build Bank’s Operational Intelligence Layer, which is  unified, data-driven view of all operations that enables fast, accurate, and forward-looking decision making.
This role creates the analytical foundation that drives operational stability, efficiency, and risk visibility across the bank.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build a unified operational analytics architecture.

  • Develop a full operational KPI ecosystem, including dashboards, SLA tracking, productivity metrics, and risk indicators.

  • Lead predictive analytics for workload forecasting, identifying process delays, and capacity management

  • Create real-time visibility dashboards across operational processes and transaction flows.

  • Promote data-based decision making across Operations and business units by creating a single, reliable source of information for everyone.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Data-Driven Leader with the ability to translate data into clear business decisions.

  • Experience in operational analytics, data processing, BI, or process intelligence.

  • Strong understanding of operational risks, process metrics, and SLA frameworks.

  • Strong commitment to complete and accurate data, with a focus on identifying and fixing any missing information.

  • Experience in working with Bank’s database systems, BI tools, and analytics platforms (SQL, PowerBI).

  • Educational background in Finance, Economics or a related quantitative field is mandatory.

  • Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken.
