Head of Loyalty

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic leader to become our Head of Loyalty Department in Retail Banking. In this key position, you will be responsible for transforming customer experience and driving measurable growth through innovative loyalty strategies.

Key Responsibilities

o   Architect the long-term strategic plan for the loyalty department, ensuring full alignment with the bank's corporate vision and financial objectives.

o   Direct and analyze end-to-end lifecycle of all loyalty and engagement campaigns to increase customer retention and satisfaction.

o   Develop and implement a comprehensive, data-driven loyalty campaigns for the retail banking division.

o   Translate data insights into personalized product offerings, targeted loyalty campaigns, and value-added services based on custmer behavior.

o   Ensuring Installments and BNPL products with the best functionality and reliability in both instore and online platforms.

o   Manage strategic partnerships with external vendors to create a marketplace of offers that align with customer needs.

o   Lead and mentor a high-performing team of professionals.

o   Collaborate with key stakeholders across the bank to align strategies and ensure successful implementation.

o   Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer engagement, loyalty, and profitability

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

o   A strong educational foundation in Business, Finance, Economics, or a technical discipline, coupled with deep expertise in customer-centric strategies, including CRM and loyalty programs.

o   Exceptional strategic and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable, high-impact business initiatives.

o   Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience building teams and leading important negotiations
