Head of International Sales and Non-Resident Segment Development Department
Head of the Non-Resident Segment development and International Sales Department at JSC Bank of Georgia.
Main Responsibilities:
Employee Development: Coaching/mentoring, performance evaluation, and defining necessary training.
Close Contact with Existing Clients/Referrals: Additionally, attracting new clients/referrals both within Georgia and abroad.
Quarterly and Annual Planning: Preparing, presenting, and managing quarterly and annual plans for the development of the non-resident segment and international sales department.
Management of Referral Portfolio: Monitoring contracts (cancellation, creation, and/or modification).
Organization of International and Domestic Business Trips: To fulfill business objectives (for project realization). Conducting business meetings and, if necessary, initiating and organizing meetings between clients and the bank's top management.
Coordinated Work with Galt & Taggart: Full knowledge of their products and services.
Close Coordination with the AML Team: Understanding the approaches and specifics of the direction (synchronous work with all new developments and regulations).
Mandatory Qualifications:
Education: Higher education, preferably in finance/banking/economics/business administration.
Languages: Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of another foreign language is preferred.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the relevant field, including at least 1 year of experience in managerial roles – coordinating people in a senior professional or supervisory position.
