Head of Cash Products and Services Sales Unit
Bank of Georgia’s Cash Operations Direction is announcing a vacancy for the position of Head of Cash Products and Services Sales Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for cash-related products and services, ensuring alignment with the bank’s overall business objectives.
Market Analysis & Business Development: Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, assess competitive landscapes, and explore potential partnerships to expand the bank’s customer base.
Pricing & Revenue Management: Define and oversee pricing policies for cash-related services, optimizing profitability while maintaining competitiveness.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track sales performance, conduct data-driven analysis, and generate detailed reports to provide actionable insights for business growth.
Contract Management: Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and administration of customer contracts related to cash services, ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational standards.
Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Reporting: Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional business units to present findings, analyze financial data, and drive strategic decision-making through structured reporting and presentations.
Customer Portfolio Management & Service Excellence: Lead the management and continuous improvement of cash service portfolios, enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
Strategic Contribution: Play an active role in shaping the long-term strategy of the Cash and Valuables Management Department, ensuring innovation and operational excellence.
Team Leadership & Talent Development: Mentor, coach, and develop direct reports by conducting performance evaluations, identifying training needs, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Qualification Requirements
Education and Experience:
Higher education in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
Experience in sales, business analytics, Financial analytics or a related field with a demonstrated ability to achieve results.
At least 3 year of experience in a managerial position;
Experience in a financial organization is preferred;
Proficiency in English.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of Finance – Advance knowledge of financial sources and ratios, essential for financial analysis and decision-making.
English Proficiency – The ability to communicate effectively in English, crucial for international business and collaboration.
Business Negotiation Skills – The ability to conduct and manage negotiations in a professional setting.
