The Head of Analytics Group will lead a team responsible for delivering financial insights and analysis to support the corporate banking division's strategic goals. This role focuses on providing in-depth financial analytics, developing models to evaluate business performance, and ensuring that project evaluations align with the bank’s standards and risk protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Motivate, guide, and develop the analytics team.

  • Provide necessary support to analysts during project development.

  • Evaluate the feasibility of project financing before submission to the risk department.

  • Foster effective teamwork and collaboration across the organization.

  • Stay informed about sector trends and updates.

  • Share relevant insights with the department and top management through presentations and organized meetings.

  • Ensure the quality and stability of the corporate portfolio.

  • Stay updated on risks identified through monitoring

Key Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate banking.

    • At least 1 years in a leadership role within a financial institution.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, VBA).

    • Experience with corporate financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.

    • Knowledge of banking products and services, particularly corporate banking.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.

    • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

    • High attention to detail and accuracy.
