We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Emigrant Segment Manager to play a key role in shaping and driving the growth of our retail banking services for emigrant customers. In this position, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to align the distinct needs of emigrants with our broader banking strategy, fostering innovation, enhancing customer experiences, and contributing to long-term business success.As the segment owner, you will leverage market insights, customer data, and industry trends to shape products and services tailored to emigrants’ financial journeys.



Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to shaping the strategic vision, goals, and roadmap for the emigrant customer segment.

  • Identify key customer needs through market research, data analytics, and direct customer feedback.

  • Lead cross-functional efforts to develop and enhance. Plan and execute impactful campaigns and seamless service experiences.

  • Set, monitor, and analyze segment-specific KPIs, including growth, retention, revenue, product usage, and Customer satisfaction.

  • Represent emigrant customers across the organization, ensuring their needs influence product design and strategic decisions.

  • Track competitive activity, regulatory changes, and customer behavior in key emigrant markets.

  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on segment performance, risks, and growth opportunities.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (required)

    • Master’s degree (preferred)

  • Professional Experience:

    • Proven experience in retail banking, product management, or financial services

    • Strategic or leadership roles managing customer segments or product lines

    • Prior experience serving international or diaspora clients (strongly preferred)

  • Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle management

  • Analytical mindset; comfortable working with data to guide decisions and measure outcomes

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex projects

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

  • Fluent in English (required); proficiency in Russian (a plus)
