We are looking for Product Owner to join the BOG App team within the Digital Tribe at JSC Bank of Georgia. In this role, you will define product features and priorities, maintain roadmaps, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure product health and key metrics are met.


What you will do:

  • Plan and execute customer outcomes according to KPIs

  • Conduct deep customer discovery analysis to understand needs and preferences

  • Perform data analysis and drive data-driven decision-making processes

  • Manage stakeholder collaboration to ensure alignment and effective communication

  • Engage with customers through interviews and feedback sessions

  • Lead most Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

  • Foster a collaborative and Agile-friendly environment within the team

  • Continuously evaluate and adjust product priorities based on customer and stakeholder feedback

  • Monitor and maintain product health and performance metrics

  • Ensure timely and effective communication with cross-functional teams


What you have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role

  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams

  • Expert knowledge of the product development cycle and experience maintaining product roadmaps

  • Experience working on payment-related products or payment flows is considered a plus

  • Proven ability to define and prioritize product features

  • Analytical mindset and experience using data to drive decisions

  • Understanding of product health, metrics, and Agile methodologies

  • Passion for delivering customer-focused solutions

  • Background in technology, innovation, and mobile platforms
