Bank of Georgia, the leading Georgian universal bank, is recruiting Digital Channels Manager.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Analyzing digital channels users;

  • Managing various customer acquisition campaigns for digital channels;

  • Managing targeted campaigns for increasing sales and transactions via mobile and internet banking and other digital channels;

  • Developing and implementing A/B tests for improving campaign performance;

  • Reporting on campaign performance regularly;

  • Being responsible for driving revenue through digital channels;

  • Staying abreast of and advising on industry trends and best practices.

 

We require you to have at least:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technologies or Marketing.

 

We value diverse working experience. Our minimum requirements are following:

 

  • Preferable to have experience on the positions related to creation/development/management of digital channels;

  • Preferable to have experience of managing campaigns for digital channels or marketing;

  • Preferable to have experience in finance field.

 

For you to be successful on this position, following skills are required:

 

  • Strong interest in new technologies and mobile applications;

  • Solid understanding of current and emerging mobile technologies;

  • Familiarity with banking products;

  • Interest and aptitude for analysis / analytics;

  • Ability to extract meaning and suggest action items from data, not just report metrics;

  • Reliable self-starter with strong creative thinking, balanced with pragmatism (big-picture thinking);

  • A strong customer service mentality;

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;

  • Fluent in English.
