JSC "Bank of Georgia" Transactions Management and Monitoring Department is announcing a vacancy for the position of Custody Service Officer.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting and monitoring operations in the securities market.

  • Receiving instructions for transactions on international and local securities markets, processing operations, and sending relevant notifications to customers.

  • Managing deposit accounts and preparing reports.

  • Processing and verifying daily reports.

  • Analyzing data and providing necessary recommendations.

  • Presenting initiatives for process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.

  • Experience: Experience in the financial sector or in an analytical position (1-2 years preferred).

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (functions, formulas, PivotTables, macros preferred).

  • Ability to analyze data and produce reports.

  • Knowledge of other financial systems and software is an advantage.

Languages:

  • Georgian – Native level.

  • English – Working level.

Personal Qualities:

  • Detail-oriented with a sense of responsibility.

  • Ability to solve problems effectively.

  • Teamwork and communication skills.

  • Ability to quickly learn new technical information.
