JSC "Bank of Georgia" Transactions Management and Monitoring Department is announcing a vacancy for the position of Custody Service Officer.
Main Responsibilities:
Supporting and monitoring operations in the securities market.
Receiving instructions for transactions on international and local securities markets, processing operations, and sending relevant notifications to customers.
Managing deposit accounts and preparing reports.
Processing and verifying daily reports.
Analyzing data and providing necessary recommendations.
Presenting initiatives for process improvement.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
Experience: Experience in the financial sector or in an analytical position (1-2 years preferred).
Technical Skills:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (functions, formulas, PivotTables, macros preferred).
Ability to analyze data and produce reports.
Knowledge of other financial systems and software is an advantage.
Languages:
Georgian – Native level.
English – Working level.
Personal Qualities:
Detail-oriented with a sense of responsibility.
Ability to solve problems effectively.
Teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to quickly learn new technical information.
