JSC Bank of Georgia is announcing a vacancy for the position of  Constructors Relations Personal Banker in Medium Business Sales Department (4B)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attracting and servicing clients in both credit and non-credit areas.

  • Communication with the analytics department, financial analysis of construction projects.

  • Completing credit applications, presenting to the credit risk committee, and preparing presentations.

  • Preparing credit agreements.

  • Active involvement in the contract preparation stage, working with both the administration and legal departments, preparing guarantee letters, and communicating with relevant departments.

  • Involvement in the monitoring of the construction project and active communication with the monitoring group for information exchange.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Higher education, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics/Banking or Business Administration.

  • Work experience: 1-2 years of experience in the banking or construction sector.

  • Experience in financing infrastructure projects will be considered an advantage.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficient knowledge of office computer programs.

  • Analytical thinking.

  • Knowledge of English and Russian is preferred.
