Cluster Product Owner - Offers and Communication Cluster
We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Cluster Product Owner to join our Offers and Communication Cluster. This cross-functional cluster plays a key role in developing, prioritizing, and executing initiatives that enhance outbound communication channels and personalized offers. The team works by agile methodology. You will own the vision, roadmap, and backlog, collaborating closely with stakeholders from marketing, data, IT, and business units to deliver impactful solutions that drive customer engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own and articulate the product vision for the Offers and Communication Cluster, ensuring alignment with company, tribe, and organizational level goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and validate outcomes.
Define and prioritize backlog items based on a structured, data-driven analysis of their expected business value and strategic alignment.
Proactively identify, prioritize, and address technical, functional, and business-related quality issues.
Incorporate insights from customer interactions and data analytics into product decision-making.
Actively participate in UI/UX design discussions to enhance user experience.
Own and articulate the product vision for the Offers and Communication Cluster, ensuring alignment with company, tribe, and organizational level goals.
Own and articulate the product vision for the Offers and Communication Cluster poduct portfolio, ensuring alignment with company, tribe, and organizational level goals.
Mentor Product Owners within the cluster and ensure effective collaboration across teams.
Ensure the success of strategic projects through direct involvement in design and implementation phases.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Delivery Manager in digital marketing, IT, business development, finance, or project management.
Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with data and generating actionable insights.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Comfort with backlog grooming, writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and delivering incrementally.
Experience in banking, fintech, digital communication, or customer engagement is a strong plus.
Prior experience in Business Analysis is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree.
