The Bank of Georgia's Data Analytics team is looking for an Analytical Project Leader for the Recommender Cluster, who is interested in modern analytical and AI tools and is ready to use them to create real business results.

You will have the opportunity to work on innovative technologies that deliver tailored offers to up to 3.5 million of the bank's customers through various communication channels. The solutions created by our team are one of the main drivers of the bank's sales growth across different business lines.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Understanding and conducting an in-depth analysis of business needs, and identifying opportunities to use recommendation systems;

  • Product development/project planning and management;

  • Effective communication with stakeholders, delivering presentations, and managing expectations;

  • Coordinating the team's work and ensuring a results-oriented approach;

  • Monitoring KPIs and sharing results with business units.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in analytical and data-driven product/project management;

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills;

  • The ability to explain complex technical concepts simply;

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills;

  • Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and the ability to identify their areas of application from a business perspective;

  • A customer-centric approach.

It is also desirable that you have:

  • Experience with A/B testing and/or personalization projects;

  • Experience in data processing and visualization;

  • Knowledge of recommendation systems or customer segmentation.
