Business Process Analyst-Developer

For our Agile team at the Bank of Georgia, we are looking for a Business Process Analyst-Developer. If you are energetic, creative, and team-oriented, and can work with a team to achieve complex and innovative goals, then we offer you the role of a Business Process Analyst-Developer.


Your Work Environment:


You will work with experienced professionals of various competencies, in a self-organized team united by common goals. Together with the team, you will devise a plan to achieve objectives and collectively carry out the tasks necessary for its implementation.



Your Role in the Team:

  • You will participate in the full product creation cycle: design, coding, debugging, and documentation.

  • You will create and improve business processes and reusable software components.

  • You will be involved in the process of identifying and resolving problems.

  • Together with the team, you will participate in analyzing business tasks and developing the technical implementation plan.

To be an Analyst-Developer, you need:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in business process development.

  • Experience in creating and developing business processes using BPM tools.

  • Knowledge of data structure fundamentals.

  • Knowledge of SQL technology.

  • Practical experience working with XML.

  • Knowledge of source code management tools such as SVN and Git.
