We are looking for a strategic ALM Manager to lead the bank’s liquidity, capital, and interest rate risk management. You will oversee financial risk frameworks, optimize pricing models, and manage a high-performing team to ensure the bank’s financial stability and support business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the ALM team, including mentoring, performance management, and process optimization.

  • Monitor and manage liquidity, capital and interest rate risks within established limits.

  • Oversee ALM models, methodologies, and related financial risk projects.

  • Prepare reports and presentations for management, ALM committee, and regulators.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, corporate standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics (Master’s preferred).

  • Relevant experience in ALM, treasury, or financial risk management, including in a managerial role.

  • Strong knowledge of liquidity, capital, and interest rate risk management.

  • Leadership and team management skills, project management experience.

  • English (C1) and fluent Georgian; FRM or similar certification is a plus.

  • Financial modeling and risk analysis.

  • Process improvement and problem-solving.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management.

  • Forecasting cash flows & balance sheet.
